“My work always begins with my hands, shaping clay, carving plaster, feeling the resistance of the material. I’ve always been fascinated by how a simple gesture can give life to something eternal.
Whether it becomes a coin, a medal, or a sculpture, every piece I create carries a story, a memory that can be touched.
For me, art is collaboration: every client brings an idea, and together we give it form in metal.”

“Sandra is a designer and sculptor who I can rely on to deliver great results every time”.

“Sandra has a natural ability to take the simplest of briefs and develop it into something truly beautiful. She is always a pleasure to work with, and it is rewarding from our end to create the final coins from her designs and to share them with collectors”.

My creative process bridges tradition and innovation.
Every design begins with sketches, clay and plaster, the same tools sculptors have used for centuries, and evolves through digital refinement.
I work with both my hands and my tablet, using modern software to perfect what was first shaped by touch.

I believe craftsmanship is not about resisting technology, but about mastering it.
What gives value to a coin or medal is not the speed of its creation, but the thought, the balance, and the intention behind it.

In my studio in Eindhoven, I combine the sensitivity of hand engraving with the precision of digital modeling. The result is art that feels alive, stories sculpted in metal, where human skill meets modern design.

The Process

Every project begins with an idea, a story that seeks its form.
I transform that idea into a sculptural design, following every stage: from sketch to plaster, from relief to finished medal.

My process blends traditional techniques and digital precision.
I draw by hand, sculpt in plaster, and refine digitally with 3D modeling and vector engraving.

I collaborate with mints, institutions, and private collectors worldwide, providing designs ready for production, or complete, hand-carved plaster models ready to mint.

Each piece is shaped with purpose, crafted to carry meaning and endure through time.
