Jiminy Cricket

A character sculpture created in clay, exploring gesture, personality and storytelling through three-dimensional form.

The piece was developed during a five-day character sculpting workshop at Brookgreen Gardens, led by Pixar sculptor Jerome Ranft. Working from reference and an initial sketch, I built the sculpture from the larger forms through to the final expression, costume and details.
